being human being

The exhibition being human being originates from Lilibeth Cuenca Rasmussen’s recent visit to Ethiopia and revolves around the human quest for and presentation of its own natural beginning.

The works come into being through a series of performances describing a movement in three steps: earth – body – language. For this, Lilibeth Cuenca Rasmussen has invited both her family and other artists to help.

All performances are open to the audience.

Day 5: Performance by Lilibeth Cuenca Rasmussen and sculptor Kirsten Justesen. Cuenca Rasmussen poses as a model while Justesen creates a burst of her from the remaining clay.
